Having a complete transcriptome is key in predicting the correct gene structure. AGI offers full-length cDNA sequencing through the PacBio Iso-Seq application, enabling to sequence several millions of complete transcripts in a single SMRT cell – no assembly required. For an even higher throughput, the Kinnex application is also available. This document lists the best practices.
