If you prefer to focus on one or a few regions of the genome, you can sequence at high depth or wide breadth fragments ranging from 500 bp to 10 kb or more. Libraries can be produced from either products of PCR amplification (multiple barcoding options) or target enrichment, and then sequenced at high (Revio) or low (Sequel II) throughput.
