Arima Genomics
Hi-C is a powerful dataset that AGI uses to phase and anchor contigs, and to identify and correct misassemblies. AGI adopts Arima Genomics' kits to generate Hi-C libraries for plant and animal samples. Low-pass sequencing and library validation steps are included, deep sequencing can be done via AGI’s partners or externally.
