When receiving the sample as purified nucleic acid, AGI performs multiple quality control assays to validate the sample for the downstream applications. Concentration and purity are measured at Thermo Fischer Scientific’s Qubit and NanoDrop respectively; integrity at Agilent’s Bioanalyzer or Femto Pulse. Amenability to enzymatic digestion is tested with restriction enzymes and gel electrophoresis.
