We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for an NSF-BBSRC funded, full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate I position. You will be part of a multi-institutional team of researchers aiming at establishing a pan-genome study of (initially) the cultivated Asian rice (Oryza sativa).

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in biology, genetics, informatics, bioinformatics, or related fields, knowledge of (plant) genome biology and evolutionary sequence analyses.
