Carlos Ramirez, a young AGI scientist and high school student, participated in this summer's internship program called KEYs: " Keep Engaging Youth in Science ". Carlos worked on comparative alignments and observations of 5 Oryza species using physical map data, BAC clones end sequences (BES) and pseudomolecule sequences.
